The Blue Hill Montessori School follows the educational philosophy and teaching methods of Dr. Maria Montessori. As such, we believe that every child is born with unique creative potential and see our mission as assisting children ages 2.9 to 6 years in their individual self-realization.

We provide specially prepared learning environments for children between the ages of 2.9 years and 6 which correspond to their abilities, interests and learning styles. Within these environments, we provide a safe, peaceful, nurturing experience where children are encouraged to develop independence, respect, initiative, consideration, self-discipline and a love of learning.
