Other Fees
- A non-refundable $500 place-holding fee payable in the spring for the following year. This fee is non-refundable, however, it is applied to the tuition account.
- $75 bond deposit; refunded when child leaves
- A nominal enrichment program activity fee is charged to those children enrolled in our afternoon Enrichment programs.
- This is a parent run cooperative school. We expect all families to complete 10 hours of community service or make a donation of $100 to help improve our child activity programs.
Before and After School Enrichment Fees
The Before and After School Enrichment program is available on both a regular, contract basis and on a non-contracted, space- available basis. These fees are also evaluated annually and subject to change. For the September 2007 to June 2008 school year, fees are as follows:
- Contract basis: $7.00 per hour or any portion thereof
- Non-contracted basis: $8.25 per hour or any portion thereof
- Multiple child discounts: 2nd child = 25%, 3rd child = 50%
Payment Plans
- Tuition payments are due in equal installments over a 6 month period. Payments are due June, July, August, September, October and November .
Enrichment Billing
- Enrichment is billed once per month and is due within 10 days of the receipt of your bill. A 1.5% late fee will be charged for unpaid monthly statements over 10 days late. Non-contracted enrichment fees are due the same day that the program is used. If enrichment fees are in arrears for more than 10 days, the enrichment program may be denied until the account is up to date. There is a $200 maximum ACTIVITY FEE charged for students who use the Enrichment program when special offerings are available to the children (i.e. visits from different wildlife centers and music and movement specialists).
