How many years have you been teaching?

I have been teaching since 2018.

 

What is your favorite lesson/thing to teach?

My favorite lessons to give in the classroom include Practical Life work and teaching children work from the Language area.

 

What is your educational background?

I have my Bachelor’s in Early Education from Bridgewater State University

 

What inspired you to become a teacher?

Ever since I was a young child I remember role playing with my dolls. I would be the teacher and they would be the students. Growing up my teachers supported my love for learning. I wanted to make a positive impact to children and support their educational, emotional, and social development.

 

What is an interest or hobby you do outside of school?

I am an animal lover and I enjoy feeding the wild animals in our backyard. In my free time I mentor youth and I find it to be a very rewarding experience.
